Welcome, friends! Meet our family here at Alpine Labradors. We run a small kennel with the goal of improving our Labrador breeding program with each litter. Our desire is to produce healthy Labs that are conformationally correct, physically sound and that exemplify the lovable temperament that makes the Labrador Retriever America's most popular breed of dog. (And of course our personal favorite!) Although we have been involved in AKC shows and the 4H program in the past, our current focus is in training service dogs. It is a tremendously rewarding experience and we are constantly learning more about positive reinforcement training and teaching our dogs to "think on their own." We encourage all our new puppy families to do the same and give clicker training a try! We pray that each puppy we produce is as great a blessing to their new families as our fabulous and precious dogs have been to us.
